Jin Seo is an accomplished cross-category designer with the material expertise and strong vendor networks integral to the productive resolution and implementation of design ideas, objectives, and processes. As VP Product Design & Development for PTS America, her ability to deliver style and value while meeting technical specifications and quality standards increased the account’s revenues by 40% within 1 year, building two private label dinner/serve ware programs designed for Target. With a multi-decade career in creatively aligned industries, including fashion, action sports and home design, Seo has elevated brands and engineered new industry-first products for companies from Ralph Lauren and Hurley to GAP, Inc., and Bed Bath & Beyond.

Under his leadership, Arroya Studio has collaborated with top-tier brands and publications, including Elle Magazine, solidifying its reputation in the high-end design market.
A former Creative Director of 260 Sample Sale, Dennis has worked with over 100 global brands, crafting impactful marketing campaigns and driving brand growth. With over two decades of experience in brand development, public relations, and marketing across industries, from fashion to media, his expertise in storytelling and market positioning has made him a sought-after consultant for global brands looking to enhance their image and impact.
In addition to his business acumen, Dennis is a TEDx speaker and public speaking coach, specializing in executive communication, pitch development, and brand storytelling. He is also a professor of strategic communication at NYU Stern, where he equips business leaders with the tools to communicate persuasively and navigate high-stakes presentations. His experience extends to coaching leaders at Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School, and the London School of Economics, refining their presentation skills and helping them establish credibility in competitive industries.
